Sharifah Masten, CMM
Sharifah Masten is a dynamic executive, entrepreneur, and changemaker with a career spanning leadership roles in the corporate, nonprofit, and military sectors. As Founding Partner of Counterpoint Collective, she brings her expertise as a Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Director, and CEO to build people-centered strategies that empower organizations and communities.
Known for her ability to coach and empower leaders, Sharifah helps executives and teams unlock their potential, align people with purpose, and drive sustainable growth. Her work bridges strategy and human connection, enabling leaders to cultivate cultures where both individuals and organizations thrive.
In addition to her role at Counterpoint Collective, she serves as Executive Director of Mission 2 Change, a nonprofit dedicated to workforce development and community impact, and leads Bespoke Inc., a boutique consulting firm specializing in HR, leadership strategy, and organizational growth.
At the heart of her work is a belief that resilient, people-first leadership—grounded in coaching, empowerment, and collaboration—is the key to lasting success.
Heather LeMarre, PhD
Heather LaMarre, PhD, is an executive advisor, author, speaker, and professor with extensive experience in management, public affairs, government relations, and communication. She is the founder of HBM Strategies, an executive advisory firm dedicated to helping directors, officers, and senior leadership teams design transformative policies, practices, and workplace cultures that meet the needs of today’s diverse stakeholders. Dr. LaMarre also advises and trains C-Suite leaders and board members on corporate social advocacy and impact—guiding organizations through topics such as transformational leadership, innovative governance, evolving workforce dynamics, and high-impact philanthropy.

With over 30 years professional experience in the public and private sector, Dr. LaMarre is an internationally renowned speaker and trainer. Co-author of Raising Social Capital, Dr. LaMarre holds a tenured professorship at Temple University and serves as a senior fellow in the Public Policy Lab.
David Curry
David Curry is a seasoned data and software technologist with over 27 years of industry experience. Throughout his career, he has fostered engineering excellence through technical leadership, aligning teams and technology to achieve business goals, and delivering systems that drive organizational transformation. His expertise spans designing and implementing intelligent automation, streamlining operations, and turning complex data into actionable insights that produce measurable results. As Technology Advisor and Solutions Architect for Counterpoint Collective, David brings a proven ability to connect innovation with impact—ensuring technology serves as a true catalyst for growth and success.
